Take the pure Nemea® spring water with you, allow the sunlight to refract through its clarity, ask guidance & study its frozen guidance, let your gardens drink deeply of the nourishing mineral water.  This blessing is free to all, with grace & peace.  Gratitudes can be shared here and here.

About the Mágica Chem- and Allergen-free apartmette:

We'll ask you to complete your background and credit check through one of the websites where this is listed - Furnished Finder, Zillow, etc.

Travelling nurses and healthcare professionals price:  $1630/month, or $4300 for the 13-week contract.  Includes all utilities and services.

If you are a vacationer who would like to enjoy the experience, the vacation rental rate is $2245/month.  Includes all utilities and full service, plus optional Mágica outdoor activties such as guided grounding/meditation on the lawn, living apothecary tours & samples, veggies & herbs in season, & your gardeny guest requests. 

NEW OPTION SUMMER 2024:  unfurnished month-to-month for $1500/month includes utilities (water, sewer, wifi, trash) except electric, and no extra services.

All rentals:  Security/Damage deposit equal to one month rent, plus fully-refundable cleaning deposit of $1250.  This is non-negotiable.  We offer a spectacularly clean, sanitized, allergen-free, chemical-free, energetically balanced space and it is kept that way.   Its simple:  if you're not able to leave the space clean like you found it, we'll have to do it for you.  

We ask that we meet via video chat so you can see everything in detail and ask questions, make requests, etc.  Everyone needs to complete the background/credit check and healthcare will also need employment verification to include start and end dates of your contract in Taos please.   

As the space is kept allergen free, no animals are allowed indoors.  Thank you for understanding, please don't ask.
